Union land tax and various fees

Mutation costs

(A) Application fee for the application fee = 5 / - (Rupees Five)

(B) Notification fee will be charged @ 2 / - (two taka) (for non-residents 4) for more than four people, more than Tk 0.50.

(C) Record Correction Fee = 200 / - (Two hundred) Taka

(D) Mutation mutation fee fee = 43 / - (thirty-three) money

If the total = 250 / - (two hundred and fifty) + more than four people, the notice fee will be refunded at Tk 0.50 per person for each.

If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the day of submission of application and if any of the additional charges mentioned is mentioned, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.

1. Owner over 25 bighas

2. A sum of Rs. 1.00 per 10 acres

3. Up to 8.25 acres

4. Land development tax waiver of agricultural land below 25 bighas

5. Land development tax of the pucca house is 5.00 taka

6. Brick kiln and store house 15.00 per cent

7. Foliage 1.10 per cent of one per acre on one acre

8. Government / semi-government and autonomous institutions 5.00 per cent
